If you cancel within the first 31 days, we will credit you back, anything you paid towards the recurring monthly fee for that first month (example: 19.99, 24.99 etc) If you have the broadband phone service, any international call or directory assistance calls that you made will still be charged and those cannot be credited. However no other charges will be added to your account after you cancel as long we receive our equipment back within ten days after you cancel.
We will loan you all the equipment you will ever need to connect your phones to the broadband phone service or your computer to the Internet service. And as long as you send the equipment back to us when you are finished with the service, there are no equipment charges whatsoever.
If you cancel beyond the 31 day money back guarantee but still within the first year, a service cancellation fee applies. There is no cancellation fee once you have used the service for a year. And in none of these cases can we refund the initial activation fee.
